Dr Paula McFadden, Dr Patricia Gillen and Dr John Moriarty will discuss levels of wellbeing and methods of coping, work related quality of life, home work interface, job and work segmentation, stress at work, control at work and other work related characteristics for health and social care workers, during November to the end of January 2021, while working through this phase of the Covid-19 pandemic.
They will compare results from the survey Health and social care workers’ quality of working life and coping while working during a Covid-19 Pandemic: Phase 2 (Nov 2020 – Jan 2021) with results from the first survey (May-July 2020), to examine changes over time and across disciplines.
