Social Care ECHO - Bereavement, Palliative and End of Life Care

The ‘Northern Ireland Social Care Council ECHO Knowledge Network’ Hub would like to invite Care at Home (Domiciliary Care and Supported Living) Managers and Supervisors across all sectors in NI  to join the virtual session scheduled for 18 June 2021; see agenda below.

The theme for the session is Bereavement, Palliative and End of Life Care.

There will be presentations on:

  • the recently developed Grief and Bereavement Digital Resource for Social Care Workers
  • the latest developments in Advance Care Planning Policy for NI

This session which will also include the results of the survey undertaken in relation to this ECHO Network and an opportunity to benchmark and share with fellow providers.
