"The Heart of Living and Dying
" initiative is a Public Health approach to advance care planning, inviting professionals and members of the public to a gentle supported and facilitated conversation about living and dying. It also encourages people to begin to anticipate future care needs and plan ahead.
This session is experiential learning, in that those who come will be participating from a personal viewpoint in a conversation about what matters to them in their living, dying and thinking ahead.
Come along and participate in this conversation about what matters to you. This experience will help you to support people who have palliative or end of life care needs.
