NISCC requires our Registrants to provide a range of personal information to support their registration with us. This information is required for legal purposes and is held securely.

We recognise the importance of protecting personal and confidential information in all that we do, all we direct or commission, and takes care to meet its legal duties. Key legislation that NISCC adhere to includes:
