Care in Practice Pathways Live is a new series of online events designed to support the registered Social Care workforce at every stage of their career.
This session focuses on the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care Services (NI), a single qualification designed to support practice leaders and managers across all social care settings.
The session will cover:
- A brief overview of the qualification
- Its development in collaboration with sector representatives, RQIA and the Department of Health
- How the qualification supports Registered Manager roles – including, alignment with inspection, governance, and service requirements
- How it supports progression into senior leadership roles
