Are you a social care manager, supervisor, or involved in learning and development within the social care workforce?

If the answer is yes, we would love for you to join us at one of our upcoming Autumn Social Care Manager’s Forum events.

These dynamic forums will enable you and your colleagues to explore key areas of practice and provide space for networking, reflection, and shared learning.

Themes include:

• Welcoming and supporting newly recruited social care practitioners in Northern Ireland.
• Care in Practice Framework latest updates and next steps.
• Coaching and mentoring-helping you to develop and empower your workforce.
• The Social Care Council’s Digital Learning Strategy – and introduction followed by an interactive exercise to explore your team’s digital capabilities and needs.

We also want to hear your insights and work together with you to shape social care practice.
