Care in Practice Pathways Live is a new series of online events designed to support the registered Social Care workforce at every stage of their career.
The Care in Practice Framework sets out a clear career pathway for those entering social care, while also recognising and supporting the skills of experienced practitioners.
This session provides a clear overview of the Care in Practice (CiP) Framework, including who it is for, how it supports the registered social care workforce, and the benefits for both practitioners and employers.
Participants will learn how organisations can embed the Framework into practice and will be introduced to interactive CiP resources that support continuous learning and development.
