Launch of the newly revised Health and Social Care vocational qualifications

This event marks an important step in strengthening and supporting the social care workforce in Northern Ireland. The CiP Framework promotes a workforce that is confident, skilled and recognised for delivering safe, effective and person-centred care and support.

At this event, you will:

• Gain an overview of the updated qualification standard.
• Understand what has changed and what this means in practice.
• Explore how the qualifications can support workforce development and improve outcomes.
• Learn how they enable progression from entry level through to leadership.

The session will bring together colleagues from across the sector, including employers, practitioners, training providers and partners, offering an opportunity to share learning and discuss how the qualifications can be embedded in practice.
