The resource aims to guide social care practitioners in these unprecedented times by providing practical tips and information about shielding, social isolation, loneliness and staying connected at this time. The resource is also relevant for social workers, other health and social care professionals, community groups, voluntary sector and churches who are all trying to support people at this crucial time.
