Professional in Practice

As registered professionals, social workers are required to develop and maintain their knowledge and skills to practise competently and safely.The Social Care Council's PiP Framework for Social Work Professional Development enables social workers to maintain PRTL and gain recognition for their learning. It provides professional credits and professional certificated awards for learning and development, assessed against a set of professional standards.
