The Northern Ireland Social Care Council hosted the second virtual Professional in Practice Awards ceremony on Tuesday 24th August 2021 by Zoom. The event recognised all 115 social workers who received a Professional in Practice Award across four award categories.
The 4 awards that were presented:
- Consolidation Award
- Specialist Award
- Leadership and Strategic Award
- Advanced Scholarship Award
There were also special messages from Robin Swann MLA, Minister of Health and Sean Holland, Chief Social Worker with guest entertainment provided by the very talented group Counterpart presented to us by Shauneen O’Connor from CAMHS, Belfast Health and Social Care Trust. These messages along with the performance are included within the recording below.
