If for some reason you cannot access the portal to raise your concern, email to: ftp@niscc.hscni.net.
Alternatively, you can download our third party referral form and submit it by email or post.

If you are not an employer but represent an organisation that has concerns about a social worker, social work student or social care practitioner you can make a referral to us.
For example: a university wishing to raise concerns about a social work student’s conduct or practice.
