System alert: Data error

We are aware that due to a data error, some people have been removed from the Public Facing Register. In some cases this has been incorrect.

We have now identified the cause and are working to rectify the issue. We will be contacting anyone who has been affected. Thank-you to those who have already contacted us about this.

Our advice is if you know you are not due to renew your registration and your fees are up to date, please take no action and continue to work as normal. You can check your renewal date by accessing your online account.

In the meantime if you are unsure, you can contact us, though we may need some additional time to get back to you.

We’re still here to help: We are experiencing technical difficulties with our phonelines. We are working to restore phone services as soon as is possible. In the meantime, you can still access our online services on your My Portal or the Social Care Council App, or you can make an online enquiry through the ‘Contact us’ page on our website.
