Tender opportunity: Sector perspectives on workforce regulation in adult social care

07 November 2025

The Skills for Care and Development Alliance is commissioning the next phases of a UK and Republic of Ireland-wide research study exploring the impact of workforce regulation in adult social care.

This phase will gather insights from care providers and people who draw on care and support, focusing on lived experiences and perceptions of workforce regulation. The findings will inform future policy and practice, contributing to sector reforms and improved care quality.

We’re seeking applicants with experience in qualitative research, stakeholder engagement, and a strong understanding of adult social care and workforce regulation.
