The Northern Ireland Social Care Council (the Social Care Council) is inviting all social care practitioners in Northern Ireland to engage around developments in social care workforce reform.
Discover the journey so far in social care workforce reform and examine the next steps, including the Care in Practice Framework which was launched alongside the Social Care Workforce Strategy in December 2024.
The Social Care Council will also present an update on the review of Health and Social Care Qualifications, including the Level 2 Safe and Effective Practice Certificate, now available to social care practitioners.
There will be two engagement sessions across Northern Ireland, with lunch provided.
