Arrangements for Booking the Covid-19 Vaccine

The Department of Health’s communication on the availability of the online booking system for the Covid-19 vaccination has now been issued to employers and registrants within the Domiciliary Care, Day Care, Supported Living and Adult Residential Care settings.

If you are an Adult Residential Care worker and were unable to avail of the vaccination at your care home, please click here to book your vaccination slot in your local health trust area.

As HSC Trusts continue to roll out the vaccine to all staff, we have been advised of the following arrangements. Please book your vaccination within the Trust geographical area in which you live.

Northern Ireland Social Care Council REGISTRANTS working in Domiciliary Care, Supported Living, Day Care and Adult Residential Care can book their vaccine today via the on-line booking portal:

Key Requirements:

  • When booking an appointment on line you will be required to provide your Health Care Number and Staff Number.
  • At the your appointment you will be required to produce your work photo ID before you will be vaccinated at one of the centres.

Northern Ireland Social Care Council REGISTRANTS must provide photographic proof of identity via a letter from the employer AND photographic ID.

Please note: At present it is not possible to book a slot at the Belfast Trust site but access is expected to be available later this week to book vaccination slots from 20th January.
