BASW NI is establishing a series of Communities of Practice for its members. The Communities will provide space for social workers working in mental health services, adult services and children’s services, as well as AYE and newly qualified social workers, and Independent social workers to explore themes relevant to their work, share good practice and identify issues for BASW to address. The Communities are also a safe space for participants to receive support from BASW NI staff and members.
