With the on-going reality of COVID-19 and the uncertainties and anxieties that this situation has brought, it is more important than ever that Social Care Practitioners have the tools, techniques and practical guides for developing their own resilience and wellbeing.

Our new Learning Zone resource utilises Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), an approach to communication, personal development, and psychotherapy, to support Social Care practitioners to explore their beliefs, their ability to connect with others (rapport), outcome thinking, self-awareness, their ability to deal with change (flexibility) and how to choose an effective attitude. This resource is also relevant to social workers and other health and social care professionals.

Phonelines

We’re still here to help: We are experiencing technical difficulties with our phonelines. We are working to restore phone services as soon as is possible. In the meantime, you can still access our online services on your My Portal or the Social Care Council App, or you can make an online enquiry through the ‘Contact us’ page on our website.
