Social Care Council shortlisted in the Investors in People Awards 2022 The Northern Ireland Social Care Council has been shortlisted for The Award for Best Flexible Working Policy in The Investors in People Awards 2022.
The Awards recognise the amazing people and organisations in the community and beyond, highlighting those reaching excellence and putting people first whilst building a stronger, healthier and happier society. The Awards represent the very best in people management, wellbeing, apprenticeships and individual success from all over the world.
Each year hundreds of organisations from the UK and abroad work to take home one ofthe sought-after trophies to show their award-winning commitment to MakeWorkBetter.
The Social Care Council, currently holding a gold IIP standard accreditation, and have been shortlisted for an award in the “Best Flexible Working Policy” category.
