Every day Social Care Practitioners have to make decisions relating to their role. Some of these are straightforward and easy to make, while others are more difficult and may involve a range of options.
Our new Learning Zone resource ‘Making the Right Decision‘ has been developed in partnership with our Fitness to Practise team and social care employers to provide Social Care Practitioners with some challenging scenarios. This is to enable them to see how their decisions might affect the outcomes for the people they support and help them to build reflective practice into their daily work and learning.
