If you are a social care manager or if you supervise social care staff and services then you are invited join us for this Social Care Managers’ Forum on 22 May 2024 at the Dunsilly Hotel, Antrim.
The focus of this year’s forums will be Valuing the Social Care Workforce.
The programme will include the introduction of our new Values Based Retention toolkit, with an update on Social Care Workforce Reform including the Care in Practice Framework and the Level 2 Certificate in Safe and Effective Practice.
This in-person event is the perfect chance for social care managers to come together, share experiences, and gain valuable knowledge to enhance their practice.
Lunch will be provided.
