Free Training for Domiciliary Care Workforce

Free training is being made available for front line Domiciliary Care/Support Workers, their supervisors and Domiciliary Care Managers in the Management of Dysphagia and Continence Management, Reablement, Medicine management and Frailty Training and in Palliative Care. These events are open to staff working in the statutory, voluntary and private settings and will begin in February.

The training will be facilitated by the Social Care Council and delivered by the Public Health Agency. Funding is also available for employers to facilitate staff attendance/backfill arrangements, attending from the voluntary and private sectors.

 


 

The Fundamentals of Autism training events will take place at the following venues, beginning with regestration at 9am and concluding at 4.30pm:

 

  • 11/04/2019 Seagoe Hotel, 22 Upper Church Lane, Portadown, Craigavon, BT63 5JE

 


 

Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
